Quarterly planning

What will we do this year?

A quarterly plan is the bread-and-butter of many operational teams.

Making a quarterly plan isn't hard. But making a good plan is difficult, and making a plan that everyone agrees on can be nearly impossible.

This is when a collaborative planning session can make a big difference.

The agenda itself is simple:

(If you're using Shuffleboard to run your session, you can edit, delete, or add questions to fit your group.)

1. Quarterly planning

What will we do this year?

2. Q1 - what will you accomplish in the first quarter?

3. Q2- what will you accomplish in the second quarter?

4. Q3 - what will you accomplish in the third quarter?

5. Q4 - what will you accomplish in the fourth quarter?

6. That's it!

Thanks for joining us :)

Run in Shuffleboard

I loved the lightweight experience of Shuffleboard. It felt like Jackbox for a business workshop… and it really did help us get productive input from a large group of people at once. I think I’d want to use this tool even if I was doing an in person session!

The best part of Shuffleboard is how everyone joins just by clicking a link. I can immediately collect everybody's ideas in a transparent way, but stay in control of the chaos and finish the meeting with an actionable, shareable plan.
